Is this software or a service?

It’s a managed service. We build the knowledge base, deploy the QR experience, and keep improving it.

Does it support multiple languages?

Yes. Guests can ask questions in their preferred language and receive answers in their own language.

How fast can we launch?

A minimal pilot can launch quickly using a Q&A template; full deployments add more detail and tuning.

Do you store guest personal data?

Your guests data is anonymous. You may be able to identify the guest by the nature of their questions. The data is purged every 6 months and only the summary statistics are retained.
